Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and Services to you.

1) Online store terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or you are the age of majority and have given consent for any of your minor dependants to use this site. You must not use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must not, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright). You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of the Services.

2) General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.
You understand that content you submit (excluding payment card data) may be transmitted unencrypted over various networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.

3) Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

Information on this site is provided for general information and may not always be accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. Content may include historical information provided for reference only; we have no obligation to update any information, but may modify the contents of the site at any time.

4) Modifications to the Service and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5) Products and services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products; we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We may limit sales of products or Services to any person, household, region or jurisdiction, and may limit quantities per order or account at our discretion. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Many items are made to order and may be produced and shipped via trusted print partners (print-on-demand), including from facilities outside your country to reduce waste and ship closer to you.

6) Accuracy of billing and account information

We may refuse any order you place with us and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order (including orders placed under the same account, card or address). If we make a change or cancel, we may try to notify you using the email and/or billing/shipping details provided at the time of order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders, and to promptly update details (including email and billing/shipping addresses) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

7) Orders, acceptance and changes

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send an order confirmation or start production. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing/stock error, delivery restrictions). If payment was taken, we will refund it. Because items are made to order, changes are only possible shortly after purchase and before production begins. If you spot an error, reply to your order confirmation immediately.

8) Shipping and delivery

Dispatch target: 2–4 working days from order. Unframed prints are printed near you and shipped worldwide. Framed prints and posters with hangers currently deliver to the UK, EU, USA and Australia. Multiple-item orders may ship separately with separate confirmations. Carrier or customs delays can occur; once handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. 9) Returns, refunds and replacements

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it free of charge (or refund if a replacement isn’t possible). Please email us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the item and the outer packaging (including the label). See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.

10) Optional tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or endorsement. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own discretion and subject to the third party’s terms.

11) Third-party links and materials

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and have no liability for third-party materials, websites or transactions. Please review the third party’s policies before engaging in any transaction.

12) User comments, feedback and submissions

If you send reviews, ideas or other materials (“comments”), you agree we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium, without obligation to (1) maintain them in confidence, (2) pay compensation, or (3) respond. We may—but are not obliged to—monitor, edit or remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that violates these Terms or another’s rights. You agree your comments will not violate any third-party rights and will not contain malware or false identity information. You are solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (see our Privacy Policy page).

14) Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the site or in the Service that contains errors or omissions (for example, product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability). We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you submit an order). We have no obligation to update information except as required by law.

15) Prohibited uses

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any regulations, rules or laws; (d) to infringe our or others’ intellectual property; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track others’ personal information; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent security features. We may terminate your use of the Services for violating any prohibited use.

16) Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. From time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods or cancel the Service at any time, without notice. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products provided through it are (except as expressly stated by us) provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

17) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baby Bilingual (and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs or similar, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related to your use of the Service or any product, including any errors or omissions in any content. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Baby Bilingual and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19) Severability and termination

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed; the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time if you breach these Terms or we suspect misuse. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. You may stop using the Services at any time.

20) Entire agreement; no waiver; headings

These Terms, together with any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, and supersede all prior agreements and communications. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

21) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
