Shipping policy

Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 working days.

UK orders typically 1–3 working days from dispatch.
International orders typically 5–10 working days from dispatch (some destinations may take longer due to customs or local delays).

Where we ship
Unframed prints: Printed through our global partner network and shipped from the closest lab — worldwide.
Framed prints: Delivered to the UK, EU, USA & Australia.
Posters with hangers: Delivered to the UK, EU, USA & Australia.

Tracking
UK orders are sent with tracked delivery. International orders are fully tracked where supported in your country. Your tracking link will be in the shipping confirmation email and on your order status page.

Multiple items
Unframed prints, framed prints, and posters with hangers are made to order and may be dispatched separately. You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation for each shipment.

Customs & taxes
Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to local duties or taxes, payable by the recipient.

Address changes & delivery issues
If you spot an address error, please email babybilingualstore@gmail.com immediately. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the address. Undeliverable or refused parcels can be resent (new shipping charge may apply).

Delays
Carrier or customs delays can occasionally occur. We can’t be responsible for delays once a parcel is in transit, but we’re always happy to help if you have concerns.
